Jason was admitted to practice law in 1990, and currently practices in both State and Federal District Court. Jason has more than 25 years’ experience as a business and construction litigator and trial attorney. With a high level of integrity, Jason is recognized for his excellence in and out of the courtroom. He is well-respected by his peers in the legal community for his ability to quickly analyze the complexities of a particular matter and to make appropriate recommendations in order to quickly, efficiently, and economically resolve an issue. He is a relentless advocate for his clients in a wide array of litigation and business transactional matters, including private and public construction contracts, business litigation, real estate disputes, and wage and hour, harassment, and discrimination claims. His cases include complex, coordinated matters, as well as class actions.
Jason was born and raised in Southern California. He attended Southwestern University School of Law, where he graduated in the top one-third of his class, and earned the distinction of being on the Dean’s List. While in school, he served as a Staff Member and Note & Comment Editor of the Southwestern Law Review. Jason has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge.
Jason lives in Northridge with his family and their dog, and enjoys cooking and reading.
